Description of Cicurina cicur

Physical Characteristics

Female 5 to 7 mm.
Abdomen light grey-brown or yellow-brown, sometimes with a narrow dark cardiac mark.
Carapace yellow-brown to reddish brown.
Legs and palps yellow-brown.

Male 5 to 7 mm.
Markings and colours almost identical to the female.

Habitat

In damp forests under logs and rocks, and between the undergrowth.

Distribution

Common in almost the whole of Europe.

Period

Spring, summer and autumn.
