Description of Anyphaena numida

Physical Characteristics

Female ca. 6 mm.
Abdomen yellow-brown to red-brown with six distinctive black spots and sometimes a little black cardiac mark.
Carapace yellowish with faint radial stripes and a dark spot in the center.
Legs yellowish with faint dark annulations and black spines.
Palps yellowish with black spines.

Male ca. 6 mm.
Markings and colours almost identical to the female.

Habitat

The portrayed specimens have been found in a garden on a tree leaf. No further information about the habitat is known.
