Description of Cyrtocarenum grajum

Physical Characteristics

Female length unknown.
Abdomen greyish brown. Spinnerets with longer median limb than C. cunicularium.
Carapace dark brown with a broad whitish edge.
Legs dark brown with whitish annulations on the joints. Metatarsus IV with long spines.
Palps dark brown with whitish annulations on the joints.

Male length unknown.
Markings and colours almost identical to the female.

Habitat

Warm dry areas in holes which are build in earthen walls and covered with round valves.

Verspreiding

Greece (mainland) and Crete.

Periode

The portrayed specimens have been found in June. No further information about the period is known.
