Description of Holocnemus hispanicus

Physical Characteristics

Female approximately 2 mm.
Abdomen with a clear point at the rear. Colour yellowish with dark marbled markings.
Carapace pale with a dark median band.
Legs yellowish brown. Joints whitish with a dark band before and / or after.
Palps brown.

Male approximately 2 mm.
Markings and colours almost identical to the female.

Habitat

The portrayed specimen has been found on a wall. No further information about the habitat is known.

Distribution

Spain and Portugal.

Period

Spring and summer.
